Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG) is a busy facility serving more than 11 million passengers per year. The North Terminal is where most international visitors arrive and depart from and as such it is where the bulk of the airport's facilities are concentrated.

Passengers will find a good selection of amenities and services on offer, with essentials such as ATMs and bureaux de change as well as other services aimed at comfort and relaxation such as shops and eateries.

Information desks can be found in both the Arrivals and the Departures areas of the North Terminal. Staff at the counters are multilingual and trained to deal with a variety of queries. Other queries may be dealt with by contacting specific departments; below are some useful telephone numbers.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets

Duty-free shopping can be found in the transit area of the North Terminal and also at South Terminal 2. A number of other shops are available including gift shops, a pharmacy and a newsagent.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants

The airport has a number of places where passengers can purchase food and beverages including the Praha Restaurant, Porto Café Restaurant, Bar in the Sky, Giga Bar and Shorty's Bar, located in the Departures area, and self-service caféterias, in both the Arrivals area and the Departures Lounge.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities

The North Terminal has three ATMs plus a variety of bureaux de change counters. A CSOB bank with full financial services is also available.

Business and Conference Facilities

A conference room is available for hire and its facilities include fax, photocopying and Internet access as well as a data-projector. Alternatively, the Bohemia Lounge also offers Internet access as well as a fax and photocopying machines.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchair access is available in all public areas of the airport and disabled toilets are provided. Extra assistance is available on request by calling: +420 2 2011 6076.
